Parent Forms to Be Signed

Students will be coming home with a Lobos folder today. In that folder are many forms! There are a few that need to be signed and returned to the teachers:

1. Acknowledgement and Verifications Page (brown)
2. Attendance Policy (white)
3. Students Rights & Responsibilities (green) SIGN BOTH SIDES!
4. School-Parent Compact (Pink)
5. Confinement in DV Schools (yellow)
   
6. Emergency forms (also pink) and returned inside given envelop. 

Please go through the folder with your child and sign all appropriate forms.
All forms are due back no later than August 19th.
